We are currently seeking candidates for the role of Learning & Development Administrator to join our Corporate Human Resources team in Saint John, New Brunswick.

• Support Learning & Development programs through coordination, organization, and administrative support

• Manage the annual calendar of learning activities, ensuring timelines are aligned and do not conflict with competing priorities

• Provide administrative support, including scheduling sessions, coordinating catering, and supporting program logistics

• Work closely with Human Resources subject matter experts to draft, validate, and update training materials

• Translate expert input into clear, learner-ready materials while maintaining technical accuracy

• Course administration for Human Resources content in the Learning Management System

• Prepare presentations, documents, reports, and other resources to support HR initiatives

• Act as a point of contact for learning and development support across the business

• Post-secondary education

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Customer-focused with a strong sense of urgency

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with Microsoft Excel, reporting, and basic data analysis

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• A collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude

• Analytical and improvement‑focused, with an interest in finding better ways to get work done
