This role plays a key part in coordinating financing initiatives, preparing investor and lender materials, and delivering disciplined financial analysis that supports capital structure decisions and project financing activities.

The Opportunity In this role, you will support Marcon’s capital markets strategy by coordinating debt and equity financing activities across projects and portfolio initiatives. Working closely with Investments, Development, and Finance teams, you will contribute to financial modeling, investor reporting, and the preparation of materials for investment and financing decisions.
You will help maintain disciplined communication with lenders and equity partners, ensuring that financing processes run smoothly and documentation is prepared accurately and on schedule. The role also involves monitoring capital market trends, compiling due diligence materials, and supporting transaction coordination to ensure financing initiatives remain aligned with project timelines and capital requirements.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or a related field
- 3–6+ years of experience in capital markets, real estate finance, investment banking, private equity, lending, or acquisitions
- Strong understanding of debt and equity structures and real estate investment fundamentals
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly for investor-facing materials
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple analytical and transaction workstreams
