This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a SaaS Sales Development Representative based in Canada. This role is a key entry point into the sales organization, focused on building a strong and predictable pipeline of qualified opportunities within the logistics and supply chain SaaS space. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospects across target markets, acting as the first point of contact for many potential customers. The position plays a critical role in shaping early-stage buyer perception by clearly communicating value and ensuring alignment between prospect needs and platform capabilities. You will operate in a fast-paced, data-driven environment where structured outreach, disciplined execution, and strong communication skills are essential. This role requires high activity levels across multiple channels, including email, phone, and social selling. It is ideal for individuals who are motivated by targets, enjoy learning about complex industries, and want to grow within a high-performing SaaS sales organization. \n
Accountabilities: Identify, source, and qualify new prospects across defined industries and target regions to build a consistent sales pipeline. Execute structured outreach campaigns through email, phone, and social channels to generate and nurture leads. Apply qualification frameworks to assess customer fit, urgency, and business needs before progressing opportunities. Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records to ensure visibility and data integrity across the sales funnel. Support pipeline quality by ensuring only well-qualified leads are passed to Account Executives. Conduct early-stage conversations to understand prospect pain points and communicate high-level product value. Provide accurate reporting on outreach activity, conversion rates, and pipeline generation metrics. Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified opportunities. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage prospects effectively. Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing high-volume outbound activity. Interest in SaaS, logistics, supply chain, or enterprise technology environments. Familiarity with CRM systems and outbound sales tools is an asset but not required. Ability to learn quickly, adapt messaging, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Strong curiosity, resilience, and a proactive approach to prospecting and outreach. Comfortable working in multicultural, distributed teams.
