Accountabilities
As a Business Operations Coordinator, you will act as a central support point for internal teams, helping coordinate initiatives, improve operational processes, and maintain effective workflows across the organization. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure projects move forward efficiently while supporting data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement. Coordinate cross-functional projects, events, and operational initiatives with teams across the business. Support campaign execution by ensuring launches, partner coordination, and operational activities are completed successfully. Act as a primary point of contact for internal operations support requests and help resolve day-to-day challenges. Document internal systems, workflows, processes, and standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and scalability. Assist with the design, implementation, and optimization of business workflows. Support debugging, improvement, and development of low-code/no-code automations. Contribute to reporting, data analysis, and data quality initiatives to support business decisions. Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and team collaboration.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a highly organized and adaptable professional who enjoys working across teams, improving processes, and learning new technologies. You should combine strong communication skills with analytical thinking and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 2+ years of experience coordinating projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders. 1+ years of experience working with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms. 1+ years of experience building or managing automations using low-code/no-code tools such as Airtable or Zapier. 1+ years of experience creating reports and analyzing data from platforms such as Shopify, HubSpot, Airtable, BigQuery, or similar databases. Strong written and visual communication skills, including experience documenting processes using tools such as Miro or Figma. Ability to quickly learn new systems, technologies, and processes. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage changing priorities and multiple workflows. A user-focused mindset with a creative, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams. Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is considered an asset. CAPM certification is considered an asset. Experience using AI tools to automate workflows and improve productivity is considered an asset.
