Service Advisor Needed - Are you looking for a full-time job within the automotive industry? We offer an opportunity to join our fantastic service team in a high-volume dealership with a positive work environment. Our conveniently located state-of-the-art facility is one of the busiest Honda Dealerships in Ottawa, so there are plenty of opportunities for growth!
THE POSITION:
- Greet in-person and telephone customer inquiries with a professional, courteous manner and attitude;
- Advise the customer on all maintenance service and repairs which their car requires;
- Promote the sale of labour, parts and accessories without losing sight of the fact that you are an advisor to the customer;
- Demonstrate politeness and efficiency at all times.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Be hard working, self-motivated, punctual and dependable.
