About the Role

We are expanding our private markets team and looking for a motivated Private Markets Associate to support sourcing and executing investments across primary and secondary transactions in leading private tech companies.

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain real experience in private markets – working directly with founders, shareholders, and a wide network of professional investors.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate investment opportunities in private tech companies
• Communicate with founders, shareholders, and investors regarding primary and secondary share transactions
• Support investment analysis, market research, and preparation of concise deal summaries
• Coordinate between buyers and sellers to ensure smooth transaction processes
• Assist in maintaining investor relations and reporting on deal progress

You Will Interact With

Venture capital funds, private equity funds, hedge funds, family offices, sovereign wealth funds, corporate venture arms, strategic investors, endowments & foundations, pension funds, wealth management firms, investment banks, investment advisors, angel investor groups, investment clubs, fintech investment platforms, broker-dealers, crowdfunding platforms, and incubators & accelerators.

Ideal Candidate

• Strong interest in venture capital, private equity, or private markets
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Analytical and structured approach to problem-solving
