Regional Service Manager
West GTA, ON $90-120K + Bonus
We are seeking an experienced Regional Service Manager with a strong field-based technical, industrial, or mechanical background to lead a team of service technicians and oversee regional service operations. This role combines hands-on technical knowledge with leadership, customer relationship management, and operational oversight.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and support a team of field service technicians. Manage regional service operations, scheduling, and customer satisfaction. Provide technical guidance and assist with complex equipment troubleshooting. Monitor service performance, safety, and operational KPIs. Build strong customer relationships and drive continuous service improvements.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a regional or service management role with an industrial or mechanical mindset. Hands on field service experience with industrial or mechanical equipment. Strong leadership, problem solving, and customer service skills. Ability to travel throughout the assigned region. Valid driver's licence.
