Our client, a large enterprise organization, is currently seeking a Senior ServiceNow HR Developer to support the design, development, and implementation of HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

This role will focus heavily on Employee Center / Employee Center Pro and integrations with enterprise HR platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. The role will play a key part in improving the digital employee experience by building HR workflows, self-service portals, and lifecycle event solutions while ensuring compliance with platform best practices and security standards. The environment is highly collaborative, requiring close partnership with HR stakeholders, platform architects, and IT teams to deliver scalable HR technology solutions.

Required Experience:

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience, including 3+ years focused on HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and Employee Center

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, HRSD data models, and Service Portal development

• Experience building and extending applications using ServiceNow App Engine

• Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with SAP Success Factors Employee Central or similar HR systems

• Experience developing HR workflows, portals, and lifecycle event solutions within the ServiceNow platform
