Based in Calgary out of our CanaDream headquarters and working closely with the North America’s leadership team, this role is ideal for a talented Marketing Coordinator who wants to be part of an innovative RV rental business poised for growth.

Key Accountabilities:
· Marketing Team Projects Coordination
– assist in coordinate team priorities with marketing calendar and marketing planner board that hosts all active and upcoming tasks for every person on the team. Aggregate requests from various departments and maintain request forms and tracker sheets. Coordinate and update key stakeholders in other departments on progress and timelines to completion. Provide accurate estimates on new requests and their completion.
· Marketing Calendar Maintenance
– lead the ongoing updates to the marketing calendar, including promotions, email marketing, social media posts and promotions, SEM promotions, large festivals and events, content creator trips, and PR initiatives.
· Website Updates
– manage 3 websites day-to-day. Create new web pages, update and create new deals and itineraries pages, perform weekly technical health checks and manage resolution with the Digital team.
· Administrative Support
– handle day-to-day accounting tasks, payment processing, PRQ and PO creation, budget file updates, and other documentation that supports the operation of the team.
· Content and File Organization
– keep our master folders organized with proper folder structure and file naming to make all files easily searchable and intuitive. Rename and keyword photo and video files we receive from creators and upload them to thl content hub for global use by our partners. Maintain up to date branding guidelines, mood boards, content references files, product point-of-truth documents, and friendly SharePoint Portal with current marketing documents and initiatives.
· Marketing SOPs development
– prepare and aggregate notes on current processes within department and develop new Standard Operating Procedures to streamline collaboration within the global marketing team.
· Creator, Freelancer, Partner, and Affiliate Support
– provide support and day-to-day management of our external contacts and keep updated tracker sheets, payment processing, contracts, link tracking, and reporting on web performance from these initiatives.
· Search and Local Listings Management
– organize accurate information on location addresses, open hours, web links, and phone numbers and keep it all up to date on local listing services like Apple Maps, Google My Business Pages, Yelp, Trustpilot, and others. Provide support for review management, respond to reviews and oversee AI templates for responses, and coordinate reporting from reputation management software.
· Retail Experience Support
– maintain an up-to-date library of print design files needed at retail rental and sales locations, prepare design requests for more materials needed, oversee printing, delivery, and installation process. Provide support with TV loop updates and new furniture and signage orders.
· Special Projects
– as needed, support internal team on high revenue impact projects throughout the year.
Preferred Skills:

Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing principles, analytical background and ability to create and update detailed reports and work with multiple data sources and platforms.

Excellent project management skills and demonstrated ability to prioritize many complex projects simultaneously in a deadline and budget-sensitive environment.

Strong self-leadership skills, including enthusiasm, ambition, flexibility, can do attitude, and ability to embrace and lead change.

Deep passion for travel and the tourism industry.

Extreme desire to learn. You will be expected to continue upgrading knowledge, skills and abilities needed to stay abreast of best practices and industry trends.
Software Proficiency:

Knowledge of Microsoft 365 software apps including Copilot.

Confident with the use of AI tools.

Proficient in managing website CMS platforms at an intermediate level.
·
Experience with Figma and creative hub software asset management, optimization for web, categorization and keywording of photo, video, and written content library.
·
Familiarity with social media management tools, such as Later, for scheduling and reporting across multiple platforms.

- Additional hours may be required around project deliverables and business objectives.
