HOURLY RATE- $19.29
Monday to Sunday: 9:00am to 8:00pm (4-5 shifts/week)
FULL-TIME HOURS:

Full-Time Hours: 4-5 Shifts per week

Shifts can run from 9:00am to 8:00pm with evenings and weekends required

Start date: April 27, 2026 until either September 7th or October 31st.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
The Mountain Adventures Team Lead will ensure the safe running of the Ropes Courses, Zip Lines, Canopy Climb and Climbing Wall activities. The Team Lead will be well-versed in the proper use and fit of all equipment and will be required to articulate all park related rules and demonstrate proper use of all equipment to guests and staff.

Conducting participant orientation, prescreening and waiver process for guests, clearly articulating all park related rules and risks;

Demonstrating the proper use of all park related equipment;

Directing the flow of participant traffic, ensuring adherence to rules, monitoring participants to ensure a safe experience;

Observing participant behavior, assessing and enforcing appropriate safety regulations and emergency procedures;

Maintaining visual contact with all participants in order to anticipate participants needs and provides coaching, encouragement and support;

Performing the Duties of a Certified Rescuer (in house training)

Directing or assisting in rescue efforts where necessary or instructed by supervisor, including verbal assist and possible evacuation;

Completes an inspection of all course components and of all course gear daily;maintaining logs.

Leading weekly training sessions and maintaining training logs;
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

Excellent leadership and facilitation skills required

Coaching/instructional experience in a related field
-
Mountain Adventures Ropes & Inspector certified (training provided)
-
Previous recreational/resort experience and knowledge required
-
Prior High and Low Ropes guide/attendant experience would be an asset
-
Must be comfortable working outdoors in hot/inclement weather
