We are currently seeking Laborers for a full-time permanent position to join our team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Take instructions from immediate Supervisor, and carpenters to complete tasks as outlined daily

· Observe and follow safe work policies and procedures

· Lift up to 50lbs and navigate construction job site terrain safely

· Prep construction sites by clearing or relocating materials, debris, garbage and a perform minor demolition work, dewater work areas, perform safety inspections.

· Backfill trenches and pits when necessary, perform concrete preparation tasks

· Work within a team to accomplish large tasks and milestones

· Direct traffic when necessary to ensure safety of pedestrians, motorists, and workers

· Attend safety meetings, participate in toolbox talks, engage with company safety responsibilities.

· Operate and perform basic tasks with construction equipment

Qualifications:

· High School Diploma or GED equivalent

· Valid Drivers License and Vehicle

· Be at least 18 years of age

· Willingness to work in all weather conditions

· Must be punctual and reliable

· Must have experience as a labourer in the construction industry

· Willing to work out of town if/when required is preferred

· May be required to complete a criminal record check to participate in some projects
