Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive individual to support financial operations and IT procurement activities.
In this role, you will act as the right hand to the IT Chief Accountant for all matters related to procurement accounting activities and the management of IT equipment.
Your Contribution

Oversee all IT financial operations: billing, inventory management, fixed assets, and cost allocations

Manage the IT asset inventory and inventory movements related to acquisitions and IT projects

Plan equipment purchases, ensure proper cost allocation, and manage monthly service chargebacks

Produce, analyze, and present inventory reports and financial follow-ups

Coordinate the annual equipment budget planning and analyze variances

Implement and maintain effective internal controls

Ensure compliance with internal IT purchasing policies

Collaborate with IT teams, finance teams, managers, and vendors to ensure efficient and appropriate solutions

Resolve issues related to vendors, purchase orders, and cost allocations
Qualifications
To join our team, you need:

Degree in Accounting with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in financial control and asset management, or experience in procurement

Excellent communication skills in both French and English, spoken and written. In this role, you will regularly collaborate with internal clients across Canada

Knowledge of internal control processes
