We’re looking for ahands-on, motivated Garden Crew Leadto guide a small team and help deliver exceptional gardening and landscaping work for our clients.
What You’ll DoAs our Garden Crew Lead, you’ll be the driving force behind daily site success. You’ll work alongside your crew while ensuring every task is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
Leadership & Quality

• Lead and motivate a crew of 1–3 team members

• Train and mentor new or developing staff

• Ensure all work meets horticultural best practices and COR safety standards

• Keep productivity high and workflows smooth

Communication & Coordination

• Act as the main link between your crew and management

• Report job progress, delays, safety concerns, and customer feedback

• Use approved communication tools (WhatsApp, in-person updates)

• Clarify scope, materials, and instructions when needed

Hands-On Operational Work

• Install plants, trees, shrubs, beds, edging, mulch, soil, and more

• Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles

• Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe

• Complete required paperwork (timesheets, H.I.T lists, Toolbox Talks, Unity Inspections, etc.)

• Support seasonal tasks like spring/fall cleanups and other landscaping duties
