What You'll Be Doing

Logging and processing new customer orders

Monitoring pick-up and delivery schedules to ensure on-time performance

Confirming load deliveries and communicating any waiting times as they occur

Troubleshooting delivery issues quickly and effectively

Staying in touch with customers to provide updates and address questions

Coordinating equipment availability and keeping everyone in the loop

Supporting your team and jumping in where needed to keep things moving
What We're Looking For

Experience: 1+ years in a similar role

Education: Degree or diploma in a related field (or equivalent experience)

Communication: Strong verbal and written skills

Leadership: Experience training and coaching operations staff is required

Skills: Analytical mindset, great with problem-solving and organization

Personality: Positive, professional, and able to handle multiple priorities at once
