This role focuses on building scalable| high-performing solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient workflow automation and system integrations.

Responsibilities

Design and develop Appian applications| interfaces| and workflows Build and optimize business process models and case management solutions Develop integrations with enterprise systems (e.g.| APIs| databases| OnBase) Translate business requirements into technical designs and Appian solutions Ensure performance optimization| scalability| and reliability of applications Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning| stand-ups| reviews| retrospectives) Collaborate with architects| business analysts| and QA teams Support testing activities| including unit testing and UAT Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and application defects Follow development standards| governance| and best practices

Qualifications

Experience Required: 6-8 years Skills: Sailpoint

Required Skills

Appian development experience Strong understanding of workflow automation Experience with system integrations

Preferred Skills

Experience in Agile methodologies Knowledge of enterprise systems
