Job Responsibilities
First Service Residential is currently seeking a motivated Community Support Services Administrator to join our team. Reporting to the Team Lead, Community Support Services, the Community Support Services Administrator provides exceptional customer service to our condominium corporations and suppliers while assisting the Community Managers with the day-to-day management of a condominium property portfolio.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities (include but is not limited to):

Partner closely with Community Managers to foster open communication regarding all activities related to their portfolios.

Provide full administrative support within the community management team. For example, prepare professional correspondence, documents and invoices; prepare meeting agendas; filing and record keeping.

Responding to requests within a timely manner.

Other duties such as providing information updates, arranging couriers, applying fees and deposits, maintaining tracking lists, system updates.

Able to handle a high volume of requests and work collaboratively with other internal departments.
Qualifications & Experience:

1+ years' experience in an administrative role.
-
Positive and energetic outlook.
-
Strong interpersonal skills.
-
Very detailed individual capable of managing several tasks.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and aptitude to learn new software programs.
-
Prior knowledge of condominiums, property management or real estate would be an asset, but not required.

Words Per Minute - 50+.
