Summary of the Role
The Senior Manager, Digital Performance is a pivotal role focused Performance Target setting for Digital Channels and Experiences and building Actionable Reporting through performance analysis. They will collaborate closely with digital channel and experience owners to create stretch goals aligned to opportunity roadmaps and to ensure that outcomes can be accurately measured. This role will lead the definition of success via both internal and external benchmarks and should have a strong understanding of both channel and on-site experience KPIs.
The role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of ecommerce, digital marketing, and technology trends, capable of synthesizing data into actionable insights. The role must effectively manage relationships with key stakeholders, facilitating communication and collaboration to identify commonalities and define scalable enterprise solutions. About the Role

Own the annual goal setting process for digital channels and website experiences

Contribute to the broader Digital Organizations annual OKR setting and ongoing measurement

Create, deliver, and interpret weekly, monthly, and ad hoc marketing reporting both from existing tools (e.g., Tableau, SFDC, etc.) as well as self-generated

Identify trends and underlying reasons for those trends across business units and within key industries

Establish and iterate on reporting templates to facilitate actionable conversations with senior leadership within the Marketing function

Partner with Marketing Analytics team to ensure that the “digital” performance component is complimentary to the holistic marketing performance data collection and QBR process
-
Investigate data anomalies to identify root cause and find opportunities for either optimization or clean-up.

Share insights and recommendations to marketing leadership through presentations and other communications.
About You
-
5-8 years of experience in marketing analytics required, with demonstrated abilities and accomplishments in qualitative and quantitative analysis

Degree in marketing, finance or other related field

Experience with web and digital analytics tools including Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau and Snowflake

Experience in annual target and goal setting activities

Strong strategic thinker able to synthesize large amounts of data into digestible, practical strategies & tactics

Digital-savvy and informed on innovations, trends and technologies in the digital space; expert understanding of the best approach to implement new strategies that impact outcomes and drive digital transformations

Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional relationships and work collaboratively across teams

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; detail orientation and excellent follow-through

Ability to present to and influence senior leadership team

Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
