Sienna Senior Living (TSX: SIA), is one of Canada’s largest owners and operators of 101 seniors’ living residences, in addition to managing 12 residences for third parties. We offer care, support, services, and accommodations to seniors in a variety of settings.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead the real estate development strategy for the organization.
- Oversee the planning, design, and construction of new senior living communities.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate development.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in business or real estate.
- Experience in the senior living sector.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery.
