About the role
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-
Execution on the Dockside program through facilitating great dockside keg service to our Customers in the Muskoka region.
-
Ensure quality service including timely keg delivery, proper line cleaning and efficient set-up
-
Manage individual time and activities to maximize effectiveness
-
Communicate with Customers on a weekly basis for orders
-
Ability to multi-task with many projects on the go at once
QUALIFICATIONS:
-
A minimum of 2 years customer service experience
-
Delivery experience preferred
-
A proven record of supporting and contributing to team environment
-
Ability to work evenings, early mornings, weekends and/or holidays as necessary
-
You must be able to maintain professionalism at all times
-
A valid G license and a clean driving record
-
Smart Serve Certified
-
Ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted
-
18 years of age or older
-
Must adhere to strict confidentiality policies.
-
Must adhere to all safety practices and policies.

With your coffee in one hand and a plaid backpack in the other, you'll pet four dogs, say thirty hellos, and stop by the brewer's office for a quick joke, all before getting to your desk. When you work at Muskoka, you hang up the three-piece suit for a red and black plaid. We may do things a little differently, but it makes all the difference: in 2016, we were named one of Canada's 10 Most Admired Corporate Cultures™ and proudly announced as Canada's First Living Wage Brewery.
