About the role

Being a Customer Service Technician with us means putting your exceptional team spirit to work.

As a Customer Service Technician, you will be responsible for managing your territory as the main client contact, collaborating with internal teams to deliver efficient service, and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes.

On a daily basis, you will:

  • Managing your territory as an internal representative, which means:

    • Acting as the main point of contact for our clients by receiving and redirecting incoming calls
    • Entering orders and quotes into our ERP software
    • Providing high-quality customer service by answering basic product questions and information requests
    • Working closely with the sales team to ensure efficient service
    • Cooperating with all departments across the company to meet client needs
    • Offering essential administrative support to keep the department running smoothly
    • Actively participating in initiatives aimed at improving internal efficiency and processes

You’re the candidate we’re looking for if you have:

  • A diploma related to administration, secretarial work, human sciences, or a related field
  • Bilingualism (French and English), both spoken and written, to interact with various stakeholders
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • The ability to demonstrate courtesy, attention to detail, organization, and priority management
