Role Description The Demand Generation Manager role is a full-time remote position responsible for driving qualified pipeline and measurable revenue impact. This role plans and executes multi-channel campaigns across digital, email, social, events, and partnerships to attract and nurture B2B prospects aligned with Levanta Labs’ AI-native offerings. The Demand Generation Manager collaborates closely with marketing, sales, and leadership to develop targeting strategies, refine messaging, and optimize lead-to-opportunity conversion. Day-to-day activities include building and managing marketing automation workflows, tracking performance metrics, conducting A/B tests, and continuously improving campaign effectiveness. This role also involves creating and maintaining reporting dashboards, managing budgets for demand-focused initiatives, and ensuring a data-driven approach to experimentation and growth.
Qualifications
Strong lead generation experience, including designing and executing campaigns that create qualified pipeline and measurable ROI. Proficiency in marketing analytics, with the ability to interpret data, build dashboards, and optimize campaigns based on performance insights. Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools to manage workflows, nurture programs, and segmentation. Background in B2B marketing, ideally in technology, SaaS, or AI-related fields, with familiarity in enterprise or mid-market buyer journeys. Comfort collaborating with sales teams, supporting sales enablement, and aligning demand generation activities with revenue goals. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex AI concepts into clear value propositions for different audiences. Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Experience with A/B testing, funnel optimization, and growth experimentation is highly beneficial. Interest in AI, data-driven decision-making, and emerging technologies, with a willingness to continuously learn and adapt.
