ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform full interior and exterior detailing on vehicles, including washing, waxing,
    polishing, vacuuming, and shampooing

  • Prepare new and pre-owned vehicles for delivery, ensuring showroom-ready
    condition

  • Clean and maintain service customer vehicles in a timely manner

  • Conduct final quality checks prior to vehicle delivery

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detail bay and equipment

  • Safely move and park vehicles on dealership property

  • Monitor and restock detailing supplies as needed

  • Follow all safety procedures and company standards

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Have attention to detail and high quality control standards.

  • Time management skills, ability to work effectively against deadlines.

  • Previous detail/clean-up experience is a must as you will be required to power polish high end vehicles, with some knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.

  • Good communication skills, and the ability to express customers’ interests, needs and requests to management and the parts team.

  • Be flexible with work scheduling, including ability to work weekends.

  • Have a valid British Columbia Driver’s License and ability to present a current copy of driver’s abstract for review.

  • Indoor and outdoor work environment

  • Physical work including standing, bending, and lifting

  • Flexible schedule may be required, including weekends
