Maersk Logistics & Services Canada, Inc handles end-to-end warehousing and distribution logistics needs utilizing our strategic network of storage facilities. Our facilities are capable of receiving, storing, processing and dispatching cargo, so we can build flexibility and resilience into the supply chain process. Key responsibilities

• Daily inventory cycles, cycle counts; reconciliation of counts
• Identifying and reconciling inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Coordinate the recoup or repack of damaged inventory.
• Reconciliation of overages, shortages and damage.
• Audit inbound and outbound to verify if meet the customer metrics.
• Ensure that Good Distribution Practices and Pre Requisites Programs in the Warehouse are complied with the documents.
• Execute GMP inspection
• Monitor the Quality metrics periodically with the QA supervisor.
• Maintaining inventory reports and logs as needed, including Metric Reports.
• Maintaining quality reports and logs as needed, including Quality Metric Reports.
• Checking freight for accurate paperwork as requested.

Knowledge and Experience

• College Degree Preferred
• Self-starter attitude
• Attention to details
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical and organized, ability to focus on details and compare data
• Ability to work independently
• Must possess excellent time management skills to manage high volume in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to perform well with time-sensitive tasks
• Industry experience preferred; not required
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (i.e. WinWord and Excel)

Pay Range: $45,000-$50,000 per annum

• The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws
