THE ROLE:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Lead Agent to join our dynamic team and grow within the company. In this role, you will manage all of our inbound online leads, assisting prospects and customers in finding the right product for them. In this entry level position, you will assist with converting inbound leads in to satisfied buyers!
Lead Response & Engagement
- Promptly respond to inbound leads via phone, email and text.
- Use CRM tools to track and manage incoming leads.
- Qualify leads based on interest level, product preference, budget and timeline.
- Personalize communication to build rapport and trust with potential customers.
- Share promotional offers and inventory availability.
Appointment Scheduling
- Coordinate showroom visits, test drives, or appointments with a Sales Representative.
- Confirm appointments and send reminders to reduce no-shows.
- Work closely with the Sales Team to ensure they are prepared for customer appointments.
CRM & Data Management
- Log all interactions and updates in the dealership CRM system.
- Tag and categorize leads for follow-up campaigns.
- Monitor lead status and escalate high-potential leads to sales staff.
Follow-Up & Nurturing
- Send follow-up emails or texts to maintain engagement.
- Share new inventory updates, price changes or promotional offers relevant to the lead’s interest.
- Re-engage dormant leads with personalized outreach.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with the Marine and Powersports Sales Managers, Finance Team and Sales Representatives to ensure smooth handoffs of clients.
- Provide feedback on lead quality, volume and source to the Marketing Team, and offer insights into campaign performance.
- Generate and analyze reports on lead activity and conversion rates to identify areas of improvement.
Other duties as assigned to support the success of the organization.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the Powersports and Marine industries.
Passion for adventure – we love to have fun on snow, dirt, and water and hope you do too!
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Organized, self-motivated and driven to learn, develop and grow with us.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office suite and other digital tools.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Self-motivated and goal oriented.
