About the role
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year. Tasks: Adjust and repair systems according to specifications, technical drawings, manuals and established procedures. Inspect maintenance work done by aircraft mechanics. Install or modify aircraft engines and mechanical, hydraulic, flight control, fuel and pneumatic systems. Maintain detailed repair, inspection and certification records and reports. Perform and document routine maintenance. Order and maintain inventory of parts and supplies. Structural repair experience - aircraft: Aircraft structures - general. Mechanical maintenance and repair specialization: Aircraft maintenance - general. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Hand-eye co-ordination. Personal suitability: Accurate. Judgement. Reliability. Team player. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Employment terms options: Day.
