Mill Operations Superintendent - (Allan, Saskatchewan, Canada) This position will report directly to the Mill General Superintendent.
This position is located in Allan, Saskatchewan, Canada and is not available for remote work.
What you will do:
- Provide safety leadership for the surface operations areas by being visible in the workplace and actively participating in site safety programs
- Lead the department to develop and execute plans to deliver on key business objectives
- Empower and engage employees to solve problems relating to safety, productivity, cost and recovery
- Develop resourcing plans and both capital/opex budgets to achieve department objectives
- Promote a high level of trust, respect, and inclusion within the department and onsite
- Work in partnership with Mill Maintenance and Engineering to set priorities and align on objectives

- Experience in potash milling and loadout operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain high levels of trust
- Leadership skills that enhance accountability and create a supportive and motivating work environment
