We are seeking a highly organized, sales-driven Account Manager to join our team. This role combines account management, business development, inside sales, customer success, and project coordination.

The successful candidate will be responsible for growing existing customer relationships, developing new business opportunities, preparing quotations, processing orders, and coordinating projects through completion. Because our customers are located throughout North America, this is an office-based role that relies heavily on telephone, email, and virtual meetings to build relationships, support customers, and develop new business.

Key Responsibilities

Sales, Business Development & Account Management Manage and grow relationships with existing customers Prospect and develop new business opportunities within the outdoor recreation industry Conduct outbound sales calls and virtual customer meetings to develop opportunities and maintain customer relationships Follow up on leads, quotations, and sales opportunities Re-engage inactive accounts and identify opportunities for growth Maintain an active sales pipeline and customer activity within Salesforce Work toward sales and account growth objectives Represent Inter-Mtn. at selected trade shows, customer visits, and industry events

Order Processing & Project Coordination Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and sales documentation Process customer orders and coordinate projects from quote through fulfillment Work closely with suppliers, production, purchasing, graphics, and logistics teams Monitor project timelines and communicate updates to customers Ensure required paperwork, approvals, deposits, artwork, and documentation are completed and tracked appropriately Maintain accurate customer, order, and project records within Salesforce

Customer Success Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts Deliver exceptional service and build long-term customer relationships Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently Develop a strong understanding of Inter-Mtn.'s products and recommend solutions that meet customer needs Stay informed on industry trends and customer priorities

Qualifications Required Minimum 3 years of B2B sales, account management, or business development experience Proven success prospecting, developing new business, and managing customer relationships Experience managing a sales pipeline and advancing opportunities through the sales process Comfortable conducting sales conversations by telephone, video meetings, and email Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience with Salesforce CRM Experience selling products or solutions in a B2B environment Experience in the ski, outdoor recreation, tourism, industrial, or related industries Business diploma or degree
