WD Co-Auto is growing again! We are looking for an Order Desk & Sales Coordinator to support both internal teams and our dealership members from our Edmonton office. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys keeping things organized, and takes pride in supporting a team and clients behind the scenes.
Location:
- This full-time, permanent role is based in Edmonton.
Ideal Candidate:
- Detail-oriented and organized – You’re the person who notices when something’s off and takes action to fix it. You like structure, accuracy, and keeping systems running smoothly.
- Process-focused – You understand the importance of clean data, consistent order entry, and follow-through. You work efficiently and take ownership of your tasks.
- Comfortable supporting both internal teams and customers – You’re happy to hop on the phone or respond to an email when needed, and you work well with sales reps, warehouse teams, and customers alike.
- Calm under pressure – You manage your time effectively and can juggle multiple priorities without getting flustered.
- Strong communicator and tech-savvy – You know how to keep things moving through email, phone, and CRM tools like HubSpot, and you’re quick to learn new systems.
What You’ll Do:
- Responding to inbound calls and emails
- Entering sales orders and creating accurate quotes
- Updating CRM contact details and maintaining customer records
- Creating new web users and managing supply lists
- Responding to inbound calls and emails
- Matching invoices and POs to ensure billing accuracy
- Performing item and pricing maintenance
- Supporting HubSpot CRM data and task upkeep
What You’ll Bring:
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or customer support role
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
- Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and order entry processes
- Experience with shipping/receiving or warehouse coordination is an asset
