Nous recherchons un·e Directeur·rice Marketing pour piloter l’exécution marketing de deux leviers clés: RGP Investissements (Fonds RGP) et le Programme Standop. Poste permanent, temps plein – Mode hybride
Ton rôle au quotidien : Concevoir et déployer des campagnes marketing B2B performantes Créer et faire évoluer les contenus marketing (présentations, web, infolettres, vidéos) Développer l’acquisition et optimiser le tunnel de conversion (impressions → leads → conseillers signés) Gérer les sites web, les canaux numériques et les leviers d’acquisition (SEO, SEM, Paid Social) Structurer la fonction marketing : outils, indicateurs de performance et processus Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes ventes et conformité Ce qu’on t’offre : Un rôle clé au cœur d’une phase d’accélération de l’entreprise Une réelle autonomie dans l’exécution et les décisions marketing Un équilibre entre stratégie et action concrète Un environnement où ton impact est visible rapidement Une équipe agile, orientée résultats Tu veux jouer un rôle central dans la croissance d’une organisation et bâtir quelque chose de concret?
