We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of construction projects. This role requires exceptional project management skills, a strong understanding of construction processes, and the ability to lead teams from Oakville office and onsite across Ontario.
Client Details
Our client is a well-established organization in the construction industry, specializing in construction and fit-out projects. They are known for their commitment to high-quality standards and delivering excellence in all aspects of their work Description Manage all phases of commercial fit-out projects, from initial planning to final completion. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met. Monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. Review and approve project plans, schedules, and designs. Oversee on-site activities to ensure safety and quality standards are maintained. Address and resolve any project-related issues or challenges promptly. Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with all local building codes and regulations. Profile
A successful Project Manager should have: A strong background in construction project management within the commercial and industrial sectors. Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects on time and within budget. Thorough knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and safety standards. Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams. Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
Job Offer
A competitive salary of $110000 to $140000 CAD annually. Comprehensive benefits, including RRSP contributions up to 3%. Performance-based bonus of up to 10%.
