Responsibilities

Content Creation: Developing various forms of content, including paid media ads, website copy, and related content.

  • Paid Media Ads: Writing persuasive and concise copy for text-based ads (Google Search Ads) and developing scripts or concepts for video and image-based ads for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Display. This requires an understanding of platform-specific best practices and character limits.
  • Website Copy: Crafting clear, engaging, and SEO-friendly copy for website pages, including homepages, landing pages, product descriptions, and blog posts. The goal is to inform and persuade visitors while driving them toward a desired action.

Content Optimization: Ensuring content is engaging A/B testing different variations and audiences.

  • Audience Targeting: Refining content for paid media and organic social content to ensure it is being served to the right audience.
  • SEO Optimization: Optimizing website and blog content for search engines by conducting keyword research, improving on-page SEO factors, and structuring content for readability.
  • Engagement Analysis: Analyzing metrics like click-through rates, bounce rates, time on page, and social shares to understand what content resonates with the audience and what doesn't.

Content Management: Managing and organizing content assets, publishing calendars, ensuring consistency and brand alignment.

  • Asset Management: Creating and maintaining a centralized library or database of all content assets, including images, videos, logos, and brand guidelines. This ensures a single source of truth for the entire team.
  • Publishing Calendars: Managing a master content calendar that coordinates content creation and publication across all channels. This helps prevent conflicts and ensures timely delivery.
  • Brand Alignment: Enforcing brand guidelines to ensure all content, regardless of who created it, maintains a consistent tone of voice, visual style, and messaging.
  • Workflow Management: Creating and managing the workflow for content creation, review, and approval. This ensures that content is reviewed by the right stakeholders and is published on schedule.

Performance Analysis: Tracking and analyzing content performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Marketing Operations: Organizing information and creating the right workflow.

  • Workflow Design: Creating and optimizing workflows for key marketing processes, such as content creation, campaign launch, and lead management. This ensures smooth handoffs between team members and departments.
  • Information Organization: Structuring and organizing marketing information, data, and assets in a logical and accessible way. This includes creating and maintaining documentation on processes and best practices.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies in marketing processes and developing solutions to improve them. This is about making the team's work easier and more effective.
