The Headlines
** ** In the role of RMMC Temporary Worker working in Golden you will contribute to the successful manufacturing of high-quality beer and beverage cans through safe and efficient operation of can manufacturing machines. Can Manufacturing production teams operate as self-managed work units in a structure that includes a Trio, Crew Chief, Senior Specialists, Area Specialists, and Operators. Operators will receive day-to-day technical guidance from team members.
The Responsibilities
- Operate, understand, and rotate through all pieces of production equipment
- Responsible for the sanitation of all equipment on the assigned line
- Perform line checks, assist with accident investigations, hazard analysis, audits, and attend meetings as required
- Read and interpret the schedule, job procedures, and work instructions
- Responsible for autonomous maintenance of valves, motors, pumps, filter and gear boxes including lubricating all machinery, making necessary operational adjustments, and ensuring equipment is running efficiently producing a quality product
The Other Qualifications
- Flexibility to work rotating and/or off-shifts
- Previous experience driving a forklift or willingness to be trained to operate a forklift
- Familiar with operating a computer
- You are comfortable with the physical requirements of this position (standing, lifting, walking)You are over 21 years of age
