As a Sales Performance Analyst you will support Amplifon Canada’s retail sales function by maximizing performance and driving commercial execution across the business. You will enhance productivity through the rollout of innovative sales tools and processes, ensure strong KPI governance, and provide actionable insights to improve results. This role reports directly to the Country Sales Director and will provide feedback to sales and retail teams to support continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and analyze KPIs related to store performance and appointments to guarantee the right traffic in our shops, along with a sufficient show rate
-
Partner with the sales team to provide insights on untapped opportunities or updates on critical issues
-
Monitor sales trends against budget and forecasts
-
Keep track and analyze KPI’s such as conversion rate or opportunities, aimed at optimizing sales growth and store productivity

Partner with the sales team to offer a definitive action plan based on monthly business insights and future trends

Manage and monitor innovation project rollouts; from start to finish

Guarantee the implementation and adoption of global and regional processes, tools and KPI’s, ensuring the right focus, proper training and adherence
Qualifications in this role include, but are not limited to:
-
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or other quantitative fields is a plus
-
Expertise in the management of complex data structures and inclination to data analysis
-
Expertise in sales or account management roles, retail experience required
-
Project management experience involving sales and marketing
-
Experience with Office 365 applications
-
Experience with Salesforce, PowerBI, Tableau, SQL, and Python
-
Ability to travel up to 15%, if needed
Preferred Experience and Skills:

Effective analytical skills, mathematical abilities and business acumen

Critical thinking, efficient verbal and written communication, and strong interpersonal and team building skills

Ability to work in a team and focus on short- and long-term goals
