What You'll Be Doing
- Participate in the planning and creation (Design to Production) of major projects: Sun digital brochure and toolkits (digital and printed) for travel agents.
- Coordinate brochures from start to finish including preparing briefs, developing production schedules, opening and tracking files in the production tool, and performing retrospective analysis.
- Organize and lead kick-off meetings with various departments and ensure a 360-degree vision of each project is implemented.
- Continuously optimize all processes affecting digital brochures by coordinating with respective internal departments and external partners.
- Ensure compliance to existing processes and suggest enhancements.
- Review creative assets to ensure alignment with brand and project objectives.
- Communicate with project stakeholders to inform them of progress, challenges, blockers and re-evaluate deadlines when necessary.
- Deliver final assets on time and as per workback schedule.
- Ensure quality in both digital and printed production, reviewing all work from design to delivery.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of each project.
- Ensure the continuity and cohesion between the various marketing projects across product lines.
- Manage multiple priorities while aligning deliverables with business needs and departmental objectives.
- Collaborate efficiently and communicate on a regular basis with multiple internal and external partners to ensure alignment, information accuracy and proper prioritization (e.g., Creative, Copywriting, Consumer Growth and Engagement, Email Marketing, E-commerce, Revenue Management, Product, Sales, Legal, etc.).
- Ensure brand guidelines are respected throughout all touchpoints.
- Act as a consultant, propose solutions, and provide necessary support to various department heads (Product, Sales, Destination Services, etc.) to successfully complete multiple marketing and communication projects.
- Work closely with the Destination team to update B2C tools (QR content, brochures, displays, etc.).
- Participate in the production of materials for launch events.
- Collaborate as needed on the production of promotional items.
- Stay informed about industry activities and trends.
What You Bring To The Team
- University degree in Marketing or equivalent in Marketing Project Management.
- Minimum 3-5 years relevant marketing production experience, relevant experience in managing marketing projects spanning several months.
- Experience working in an advertising agency an asset.
- Experience in the travel industry an asset.
- Experience working with Jira Project Management system an asset.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent oral communication and writing skills (English and French).
- Strong ability to adapt quickly, work independently, manage priorities and work under pressure.
- Curiosity, creative mindset and a drive to challenge the status quo.
- Strong skills in Microsoft 360.
