In this role you will:
- Direct, supervise, prioritize, and coordinate all encapsulation activities on your team to maintain quality and maximize productivity while minimizing cost
- Ensure quality products are being produced at the standard rate while minimizing down time
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot all encapsulation equipment safely and efficiently
- Support the team's success by ensuring staff are properly trained, motivated, and performing to the required standard, and provide recognition and feedback
- Work a two-week alternating shift of Wednesday - Saturday/Thursday - Saturday 6:00 PM - 6:10 AM
You have:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in manufacturing, operations management or supply chain management, including minimum of 2 years in a supervisory capacity
- Demonstrated experience in identifying opportunities for continuous improvements and driving them to completion
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Lean Six Sigma experience
