Role: Inside Sales & Rental Coordinator
Job Summary: The Inside Sales & Rental Coordinator supports the Sales Manager by coordinating equipment sales and rental activities, managing supplier communications, maintaining inventory records, processing sales and rental documentation, and ensuring accurate, timely invoicing. This role is key to delivering excellent customer service and supporting the sales team.

Job Responsibilities: Support the sales process and Account Managers. Coordinate with suppliers for equipment and attachments. Create purchase orders and process sales and rental billing. Manage rental inquiries, contracts, and equipment availability. Maintain equipment inventory, pricing, and ERP records. Prepare quotes and assist with government tenders/RFQs. Update manufacturer programs and pricing. Coordinate equipment readiness with Service and Parts teams. Track purchase orders, sales agreements, and rental contracts. Assist walk-in customers and provide regular inventory reports.
Qualifications: Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or related field is an asset. Minimum 2 years of experience in equipment sales, rentals, or a related industry. Basic accounting knowledge. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Customer-focused with strong attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications. Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
