About the role

Who you are

  • 4–6 years of experience in marketing project management, program management, or marketing operations (agency or in-house)
  • Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects and keeping complex initiatives on schedule
  • Strong project management skills with experience using tools like Asana, http://Monday.com , Trello, or Jira
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills—you keep teams aligned and projects moving forward
  • Experience coordinating marketing assets across multiple channels (paid, organic, influencer, social)
  • Comfort managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in mobile apps, gaming, or consumer tech industries
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing workflows and organic social media management
  • Understanding of digital advertising and creative production processes
  • PMP or similar project management certification

What the job involves

  • We’re looking for a Marketing Project Manager to join Mistplay on a 12-month contract and help orchestrate our fast-moving marketing initiatives
  • In this role, you’ll act as the connective tissue between marketing subteams—ensuring campaigns run smoothly, deadlines are met, and assets are delivered on time
  • You’ll oversee the coordination of marketing projects and deliverables across influencer campaigns, organic social media, sweepstakes, paid campaigns, and other brand initiatives
  • This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in structure, enjoys driving clarity across stakeholders, and wants to play a critical role in keeping a high-growth marketing team running efficiently
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and workflows across brand, UA, social media, influencer, and creative teams
  • Act as the central point of contact for campaign execution—ensuring stakeholders are aligned, deadlines are clear, and projects are delivered on schedule
  • Oversee asset production (static, video, copy, etc.) for paid, organic, and influencer marketing campaigns, managing briefs, approvals, and version control
  • Support influencer marketing activations by tracking deliverables, coordinating with partners, and ensuring content goes live on time
  • Partner with the organic social media team to maintain content calendars, track posting schedules, and ensure coordination across platforms
  • Maintain project documentation, campaign trackers, and reporting dashboards to keep teams aligned and leadership informed
  • Identify process improvements and implement project management best practices to increase team efficiency
  • Help coordinate tentpole moments (e.g., sweepstakes, seasonal campaigns) by ensuring timelines, assets, and stakeholders stay on track
