WE ARE LOOKING FOR A Temporary regency club lounge-attendant (12 Month Contract)
this is a Temporary Part-time position
We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Front Office Team and learn about the Hospitality Industry, engage with our VIP and frequent stay members and develop new skills.
What is expected of me in this role?
- Offer professional and friendly greeting to all guests, and provide engaging & exceptional service.
- Responsible for the set up and break down of all food and beverage presentations in the lounge (Breakfast, Snacks, and Evening hors d’oeuvres).
- Attention to detail in ensuring the lounge is well maintained at all times and that the ambiance changes in the lounge from one food and beverage presentation to the next.
- Clearing dishes from guest tables and ensuring cleanliness of the lounge and services areas.
- Identify guest preferences and act on them to develop and maintain strong guest relationships to ensure loyalty.
- Follow all policies, procedures and service standards, including health & safety and food handling procedures. Food Safety and Proserve certifications required.
- Flexibility in the schedule. Shifts will be available 3 days a week between Monday to Sundays, with a starting time at 5:30am and ending at 12pm; evenings starting at 4:15pm and ending at 10:45pm.
- Valid work authorization for Canada.
