As a Customer Service Representative, the following will be your key responsibilities:
- Receiving and processing orders
- Understand Masterfeeds product and service and share that knowledge with the customer
- Maintain organized records of all orders, invoices and customer communications
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, product availability, and shipping information and provide follow up to the customer
- Ensure proper communication between sales desk and manufacturing plant
- Work with other departments to create, maintain and track pick-up and deliveries
- Maintain a safe and sanitary atmosphere and ensure compliance with quality standards
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:

Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

Exceptional customer service skills and ability to provide satisfaction when addressing customer complaints.

Outstanding organizational abilities and demonstrated attention to detail.

Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Previous background or working experience in the agricultural industry and/or sales environment.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
-
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
-
Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and initiative for quality and superior customer service.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment, and under tight deadlines.
-
Experience in a similar role is a definite asset.

Familiarity with HACCP and sales experience would be considered definite assets.
