Education: Bachelor's degree. Tasks: Administer nutrition plan for food preparation and service programs. Analyze current scientific nutritional studies to improve nutritional programs . Conduct research to improve nutritional programs and food service operations. Develop nutrition plan for food service programs. Evaluate normal and therapeutic menus to maintain and enhance general health. Evaluate program effectiveness to improve the nutritional value, taste, appearance and preparation of food. Evaluate nutritional status of individuals for health professionals or government institutions. Administer budget. Hire and train staff. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
