Qualicare Homecare BC is actively hiringMandarin and/or Cantonese speaking Health Care Aides (HCAs), Personal Support Workers (PSWs), and Caregiversto provide in-home care services across the Greater Vancouver Area.
We are looking for compassionate, reliable caregivers who can support clients in their preferred language and help improve their quality of life at home.
Job Summary
As a Health Care Aide / Caregiver, you will work under the supervision of a Care Coordinator to provide personalized home care services including personal care, companionship, and daily living support.
This role is ideal for caregivers who:
- SpeakMandarin or Cantonese
- Want flexible scheduling
- Are passionate about senior care and community support Prefer 1:1 home care over facility work

Caregiver Responsibilities
- Personal care and hygiene assistance
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Medication reminders/assistance
- Mobility support and safe transfers
- Companionship and emotional support
- Accompanying clients to appointments or outings
- Grocery shopping and errands
- Care plan implementation
- Documentation and charting
Qualifications
- Health Care Aide Certificate OR equivalent
(Foreign-trained nurse or nursing student accepted) - CPR/First Aid (current or willingness to obtain)
- Criminal Record Check – Vulnerable Sector
- Ability to travel within Greater Vancouver
- Smartphone with internet access -Fluent in Mandarin and/or Cantonese (required for language-specific clients)
