What you’ll do Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Engineering roles (approximately 70% of your workload), from intake through offer acceptance. Recruit for additional business-critical roles, including Product Managers, Platform Engineers, Performance Consultants, and other specialist positions. Partner with hiring managers to develop effective hiring strategies, provide market insights, and ensure high-quality hiring decisions. Proactively source, attract, and engage top talent while building strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and drive structured, inclusive, and efficient hiring processes. Use recruitment data and market intelligence to continuously improve hiring outcomes, processes, and stakeholder experience. What you’ll bring Proven experience in full-cycle Talent Acquisition, with a strong track record of hiring for Engineering and other technical roles. Strong sourcing and headhunting skills, with the ability to engage passive candidates in competitive talent markets. Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills, with the confidence to influence hiring managers and senior leaders. A data-driven mindset, using recruiting metrics and market insights to inform decisions and improve hiring performance. Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
