Who You'll Work With

The Account Management Coordinator will work closely with the Account Management team, various Operations teams, as well as other stakeholders throughout the business (Product, Marketing, finance, technology, etc.), and externally, as needed.

What You'll Be Doing

Reporting to the Director, Account Management, this Account Management Coordinator role will be responsible for managing certain customer relationships of Kii Health, across all service lines. This will include contributing to sales presentations, assisting with the behind the scenes implementation of new customers, and supporting customers across Canada. The successful candidate will support a variety of customer needs, acting as a point of contact for day to day service needs. This position is full time, permanent.

Role responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Develop and continuously grow an in-depth product knowledge of Kii Health Services to be able to coordinate solutions for customers and assist with Operational program delivery where needed
  • Develop and maintain effective partnerships with all internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to training/orientation presentations, when needed
  • Serve as go-to resource for the Account Management and Operations teams, acting as the liaison with other internal teams (billing/finance, marketing, operations)
  • Assist with regular customer reporting to customers

What You Need to Be Successful

  • 3-5 years experience in customer support.
  • Relevant experience in healthcare, occupational health, absence management or assessment industries is a bonus.
  • Extremely responsive, detail focused, and highly organized.
  • Familiar use of MS Office suite of products and common CRM platforms.

What You Need to Stand Out

  • Experience working in complex environments, with competing priorities is an asset.

  • Relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues in a multi-disciplinary context
  • Demonstrated agility and the ability to pivot in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
  • Solid written and verbal communication, including preparing and delivery of presentations
  • Ability to identify and manage requirements, priorities, impacts, and solutions
  • Solid organizational and analytical skills (able to review results / situations and recommend follow-up actions).
  • Passion for creating top quality work in an innovative atmosphere
