We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Procore Support Specialist. The successful candidate will provide technical support, maintain project documentation, and stay updated with the latest features of Procore to ensure seamless operation of the program.

The ideal candidate will:

• Lead Administrative Process in Procore
• Set up and maintain projects, workflows, permissions, and templates.
• Ensure data accuracy, standardization, and compliance across all projects.
• Act as the primary system administrator for Procore.
• Training & User Support
• Develop and deliver training sessions for staff at all levels.
• Create user guides, reference materials, and best practices tailored to our business needs.
• Provide day-to-day troubleshooting and support to project teams.
• Process & System Optimization
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency within Procore.
• Collaborate with leadership to align system use with company goals.
• Monitor updates and new features to recommend improvements.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new software quickly.
• Previous experience with Procore or similar project management software is an asset.
• Experience in construction or project management environments is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related tools.
