Job summary
We are seeking a motivated home-based Inside Salesperson to drive sales growth by engaging potential customers, managing sales pipelines, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets through telephone and digital communication channels.
Duties and responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify potential customers through phone, email, and digital communication
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive sales pipeline
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide detailed product information
- Track and document all sales activities in CRM system
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers
- Collaborate with sales team and management to achieve sales goals
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports
- Maintain updated knowledge of product features and competitive landscape
- Participate in sales training and team meetings
Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Sales Representative – Proven track record in inside sales or telemarketing.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Sales Management.
- Certificate – Sales Professional Certification – National Association of Sales Professionals (NASP) Certification.

Compensation
Annual Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 plus available bonuses.
Base salary plus commission structure, performance bonuses
