We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and help us continue our mission of transforming lives through mobility solutions.
Scope
As a Customer Service Representative, the employee shall interact with clients to provide the necessary support regarding the medical equipment at NSM and help resolve any issues or complaints to reach their needs and achieve their satisfaction.
Position Reports To: Branch Manager or Administration Support
Role and Responsibilities / Essential Functions

Receive medical equipment requests

Triage clients according to sales/service/rental needs, identifying sales opportunities and conveying them to sales reps within branches o Administer the equipment reservation, rental, and invoicing process. This requires attention to detail, in-depth understanding of the computer system and excellent organization skills.

Fulfill equipment requests by selecting and tagging equipment and placing them in designated area for set up or delivery

Schedule technicians to set up, deliver, pick up, and service equipment

Trouble-shoot equipment function concerns with clients, arrange service, repair, or replacement as needed.

Facilitate the transfer of medical equipment to and from the other locations when necessary

Establish and nurture a positive working relationship with therapists and other healthcare professionals

Engage in continuous education through product literature and videos, in-house training, and supplier seminars

Other duties as assigned.
Competencies / Skills
- Handle multiple customer calls and requests while remaining calm, supportive and professional
- Attention to detail
- Manage information in IT systems
- Ability to problem solve and propose helpful solutions
- Previous experience in providing customer service for technical items/services
- Exceptional time management skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and listening skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
