HOURLY RATE: $18.00/HOUR PART TIME HOURS STARTING: DECEMBER 17, 2025 The incumbent is a member of the Frontline Aquatics team. The Aquatics Customer Service Representative exemplifies our cultural of creating revolutionary guest experiences and contributes positively toward uniting the team around purpose and fun. This purpose of this role is to hold responsibility for customer service, operating the point-of-sale system, receiving monies, and selling tuck shop items.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
- Check customers into facility issuing wrist bands, locks and keys, and towels.
- Cash handling and accountability for all monies.
- Maintain good public relations and satisfied guests.
- Answer phones and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintain a clean and presentable work area at all times.
- Operate Jonas software to ring customer in, book swimming lessons, book birthday parties, enter season pass holders.
- Inventory tracking when required.
- Offer product knowledge of swimming programs and lessons being offered to customers.
- Registration of participants in swimming lessons, parties, and events.
- Maintain a clean facility at all times including performing cleaning duties of entrance ways, lobby, multi purpose, first aid and change rooms.
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience required.
- Standard First Aid and CPR 'C' preferred.
- Must be able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with all ages.
