Temporary Tax Time Administrator (3 months contract- February to April)
About the role
RHN CPA is looking for a positive, detail-oriented Tax Time Administrator for a 3-month tax time contract. This position provides key support by collating documents and binders, managing and archiving documents and client files, and providing reception and backup to the administrative team.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Greeting and assisting clients
- Tracking, scanning client documents
- Collating personal tax documents and binders, both electronically and physically
- Printing and producing electronic and/or hardcopy packages for clients and governmental reporting bodies
- Archiving documents in the electronic document management system
- Finalizing and archiving completed files and documents
- Managing own workload and deadlines
- Providing backup to reception including offering support for incoming phone calls
What We Are Looking For
- Prior administrative experience within a professional environment is considered an asset
- A people person who can also work independently
- Great attention to detail
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High adaptability to new software technology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
