About the role

We are looking for a Director of Digital Product Delivery to lead end-to-end delivery of digital products and features across the authenticated Group Benefits digital ecosystem – including mobile, web, and platform integrations. This role sits at the center of the digital member experience, turning strategy into action and ensuring we deliver high-quality, scalable, and member-centric digital solutions.

You will run a high‑performing team of Product Owners, mature our delivery discipline, and bring structure to a complex environment by strengthening release management, elevating analytics and tagging excellence, and shifting the organization from reactive management to proactive, stable operations.

Working closely with the Digital Product Strategy team, technology partners, design, analytics, and business stakeholders, you will translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps and guide multi‑year plans that drive adoption, engagement, and business outcomes.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute the digital roadmap, translating strategic objectives into prioritized delivery plans
  • Lead and mentor a team of Product Owners working across multiple Group Benefits product domains
  • Translate strategic priorities into clear delivery plans, release schedules, and execution roadmaps
  • Establish and maintain a predictable, healthy release cadence across mobile and web platforms
  • Champion analytics-informed decision-making and raise the bar on digital measurement tagging, and performance monitoring
  • Own and continuously improve the health and stability of our digital products in market
  • Build a structured incident triage and routing framework that reduces reactive firefighting and surfaces trends for proactive fixes
  • Partner with engineering teams to reduce incident volume and improve reliability over time
  • Lead, coach, and develop Product Owners to maintain high-quality backlogs, clear user stories, and well-prioritized delivery plans
  • Build a delivery culture of accountability, craft excellence, and continuous improvement

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years in digital product or delivery roles, with 3+ years leading Product Owners or similar roles
  • Proven experience shipping complex digital products within matrixed, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Deep understanding of agile delivery practices and the judgment to flex them pragmatically
  • Comfort navigating technical complexity including SDK integrations, platform dependencies, and partner technologies
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and storytelling skills; ability to simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences
  • Experience in regulated industries such as financial services or insurance is an asset
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, work under pressure, and operate effectively in ambiguous situations
  • High ownership, strong business orientation, and a proactive builder mindset

When you join our team:

  • We’ll empower you to learn and grow the career you want.
  • We’ll recognize and support you in a flexible environment where well-being and inclusion are more than just words.
  • As part of our global team, we’ll support you in shaping the future you want to see.

The role being advertised is an existing vacancy.
