Position Overview:
We are seeking a sharp, experienced and solutions-driven Producer / Project Manager to lead the eCommerce photo workstream within our internal creative agency. In this role, you will guide a talented team and oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of highvolume product photography while building smart production plans, running an organized and efficient set, and ensuring every deliverable moves seamlessly from concept through to final asset delivery.
Working closely with eCommerce, creative, studio operations, and post‑production teams, you’ll own the full workflow: planning, scheduling, resource management, on-set operations, vendor coordination, cross-team communication, and post-production. You’ll help translate creative needs into actionable production plans, troubleshoot challenges as they arise, and ensure deliverables are completed on time and to the highest standard. From early planning to final delivery, you’re the calm, detail-oriented problem solver who keeps everything on track.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment, excels at managing complex workflows, and brings strong problem-solving instincts; anticipating issues early, resolving roadblocks before they impact timelines and ensures every shoot runs with precision.
About The Role:
- Lead end to end production for eCommerce and Digital photo and/or video shoots, from planning through final asset deliveries.
- Translate creative briefs into clear, actionable production plans and communicate expectations across cross-functional teams.
- Build seasonal production schedules, shot plans, and timelines that align with global business needs.
- Identify risks early and keep stakeholders informed of changes, impacts, or required adjustments.
- Oversee shoot readiness & all logistics, including pre‑production planning, resource alignment, and studio preparation.
- Partner with Production & Studio Operations to forecast crew, model, equipment, and set requirements.
- Serve as the lead contact on set, guiding crew and ensuring brand standards, productivity, and daily goals are met; troubleshoot issues in real time to keep production on track.
- Manage multiple concurrent shoots, maintaining production calendars and adjusting plans as priorities shift.
- Manage production budgets, including estimates, POs/SOWs, reconciliations, and vendor relationships.
- Oversee freelance talent selection and ensure partners meet quality and workflow expectations.
- Ensure smooth asset delivery to Post Production, including selects, metadata, and trouble shoot deliveries.
- Support efficient wrap and archival processes in partnership with Creative and Post Production.
- Contribute to workflow improvements by refining documentation, tools, and studio processes to support scale and efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for workflow, communication, and tooling improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
About You:
- University Degree or College Diploma
- Superior Computer Skills: especially MS Office, Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook
- Minimum 5+ years’ proven experience in project management with a focus on photography and video production
- Ideally has experience in the apparel industry with a strong understanding of the industry and with diverse backgrounds
- Project Manager, Account Executive, Account Manager who has production and marketing knowledge
- Someone who thrives in fast-paced, ever-changing environments
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Calm under pressure, solutions-focused
- Someone who is proactive, people-savvy, and obsessed with details
- Strong computer skills, especially in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite

Salary Range:
$86,000.00 - $121,000.00 / year
